Welcome to Skinturale! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and products. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Skinturale provides bespoke skincare treatments designed to enhance natural beauty. Our website contains information on services, pricing, policies, and skincare insights.

  1. Services & Treatments
  • All treatments are performed by trained professionals.
  • Results vary per individual, and no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to disclose medical history, allergies, and current medications before treatment.
  1. Booking & Appointments
  • A £25 deposit is required to secure an appointment unless covered by a prepaid package.
  • Clients must arrive on time; late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling.
  • Skinturale reserves the right to refuse service if a client presents contraindications to treatment.

 

  1. Cancellations & No-Show Policy
  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will incur a £25 fee.
  • Repeated missed appointments may result in the inability to book future treatments.

 

  1. Payments & Refunds
  • Payment in full is required at the time of service.
  • All treatment packages are non-refundable once commenced.
  • If a package is purchased but not used, clients have two weeks to request a refund. Once a treatment from a package is used, no refunds will be granted.

 

  1. Health & Safety
  • Clients must follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by Skinturale.
  • If you develop an illness (e.g., cold, fever, infection) before your appointment, you must reschedule.
  • Treatments will not be performed on clients with active infections, skin conditions, or certain medical conditions.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Skinturale and its practitioners are not liable for any adverse reactions, unsatisfactory results, or complications arising from treatments.
  • Clients acknowledge that skincare treatments may have risks, and results vary.

 

  1. Privacy Policy
  • We collect personal information to provide our services safely and effectively.
  • Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
  • Clinical photographs may be taken for record-keeping and educational purposes, with identity protection.

 

  1. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Skinturale reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services implies agreement to the latest terms.
